This morning I got an email from someone asking about the price of the Internet Business Training Program. Although this is a valid question…Is it the right question you want to be asking yourself for your business?

I challenge you to work on thinking from another viewpoint.

Instead of looking at what something will cost you…Look at how it can impact your business. What will you gain? This is a vital question to determine if you should invest or not!

When you are asking what is the cost of something like this, you are already possibly setting yourself up to fail. That is not always the case, but often when looking at purchases for their business like the internet business training program, you must look at what it can do for YOU!

Do you believe it will help you Grow your business?

In business, you are allow to write off alot of investments into your business. Training and improving yourself is an investment of time and money…It is also typically tax deductible for us here in the States. (this is a significant advantage of having your own business…You can protect your money instead of forking all of it over to the government, more on that later in this post)

The goal for you as I have stated is to do everything I can to help you making money, consistently and also increasingly. Your success means my success. That is why I am fully vested into working with you. I am tired of people NOT making money online. I think I know why and I talked about it alot in the 16 steps to success. You are a big reason why I decided to NOT pursue the Themezoom protege program. Sure I could of gone on to make a ton of money, But that was my head thinking, not my heart…

So this year, if you are going to become successful there a certain elements you need to invest in for yourself and your business.

Right Thinking is one of them.

Being Serious about your business is another.

When I made that switch in my mind and started treating my business as a  business, success followed. 10 out of 12 months my business and income grew last year. I set a goal to increase my income each month. Some may say, well you did not reach your goal?  That is true, but the year was fantastic, and I knew what I was shooting for. And each success was Built upon success.

It is really important to know what skills you have and which ones you don’t and which ones you are willing to outsource.

Getting beyond the cost question, and begin seeing where you should spend your money in your business, is time well spent as a wise investments to enhance your business. If it is NOT a good investment of your time and money!…Dispose of it and write it off as a bad investment.

The idea is in business, when you invest, that you will get  return. IF you don’t someone failed. Either the investment was wrong and did not produce what you needed to increase your profits, or in some cases you did not invest the time and effort on the material to make it work for you. (I have done the latter much more then the former, I have 1 terabyte of info to prove it)

The cost of the internet business training program is not the  issue for you. The question to ask should be, If I invest my time and money into this, will it give me a return?

I can say without a doubt, that what you put into this, and what I will have for you to build your business, YOU WILL see a return.

BUT…I can not sit there with you in your office and structure your time effectively…I can give you the tools, training and resources to grow your business, but ultimately it is up to you to make YOUR business successful. There is NO magic pill, no Magical carpet that is going to carry you to the rainbow pot of gold. The beauty of all of this is we are all alike…we are entrepreneurs…We think differently and we look at life differently. This is a weakness and a strength. By pooling together all these great minds, we can assist one another and encourage one another and feed off each others success…Success breeds success…

Each sale…each new step you take…each goal you make…is significant, no matter how small it is…Do not look to the Yanik Silvers and be envious, Look to him because he has something you want, so study what he does and more importantly how he thinks…

As a matter of fact go here and invest in you …It is already the best investment I have made for my business in 2009

Some of my ideas were inspired by Yanik…he has the lifestyle I want, and the right thinking about money as well. So I am going to listen to him and follow what he does all year.

I made a post over at the word of god online this morning about my faith..I am either moving towards God, or I am moving away from God…I know what i need to do to Move Towards God…Read my bible everyday…the first thing everyday…I have made that commitment in 2009 and I am publically telling others that this is what is important to me and I am going to put God First. I want to move closer to God’s Goodness because that is MY belief system. By Stating this to my wife, to my kids and openly online, they can help hold me accountable.

I firmly believe that 90% of your success is in your mind …If you get your thinking RIGHT towards business, then you attract and speak success. Until that happens in your mind, and in the way you speak about your business, your thoughts are either carrying you towards your goal or away from your goal.

I am not saying that everyday is a rainbow with a pot of gold… I too get frustrated and wonder what the HECK I am doing all this for…But then I can look at the limitlessness of what is available…I know that what I am saying here IS ACHIEVABLE..no matter what has happened in the past, I can choose to do what will bring me closer to my goals.

And my goals and vision…is mine…Yes, I am inviting you to partake of this vision and join me. But you should have your own goals and dreams and they need to be in your face all the time. It is what keeps you going when your day STINKS and nothing is going right and your computer is acting up and you are getting interrupted or as I found out this morning at 6 am and it is 18 degrees Farenhiet  below ZERO that my car will not start…That I can choose to laugh it off and NOT let it effect me. When it does effect me and I react poorly, then I will stop and listen to think and grow rich, or pick up a book that will empower me and I will revisit my goals and dreams and think on them.

Now, I know the bottom line for you business is at the end of the month to balance your books…You spent X number of dollars and you made X number of dollars. To stay in business, you need to make sure the dollars you made are more than what you spend. You also need to KNOW the numbers. That is why I invested in a $2500.00 System and company to make sure I know what is going on with my business. I have incorporated and hired a company to manage some of that because I stink at it. But I know the importance of it and protecting my finances.

In the beginning of your business, large success is very very difficult, because you have not attained the proper training, and put in systems to make your business more proficient.

That is why I have envisioned the Internet business training program and designed it in a way where you can progress through stages of development. A big part of the Internet Business Training Program is going to be around the thinking end of it. Each month there will be an audio you can download and play on your MP3, Ipod or computer. This will greatly help you become a huge success in 2009

As a beginner…you will not make money right away. You need to learn the foundational components. How to FTP, How To Set Up A Domain..You need hosting…You need to learn how to blog…You need to learn the different models of how to make money…You need to understand the terminology…You need to “Go To School” for a while.

How long? I don’t know? It depends upon your ability to focus on the tasks at hand and your ability to master the material….Then….

You graduate (so to speak) and move onto the Premium level. This level’s goal is to get you making $2000.00 a month through various streams of income. Affiliate marketing and niche marketing, or ebay, or CPA or even Network marketing…All are viable and doable…But..

Training must continue so you master the key aspects at this level. Including Adwords, advanced blogging, Landing page mastery, conversion, copyrighting and more…Folks there is alot to learn so I am going to provide that training, but I will also be providing much more than that. There will be tools and turnkey systems to help jump start you.

Once you are making $2000.00 a month for 2 or 3 months straight…You then re-invest some of that money and leverage it to make your business grow MUCH faster.

HOW?

Outsourcing…as much as possible…

When you join as an elite member,(you should only do so if you are making $2000 per month)the focus is outsourcing and hiring people to do work for you. Why 2000/month? So you are not worried about hiring a full time person to do your grunt work.  At the Elite level, we will also build a Professional looking blog for you every 2 months. You will get access to private outsourcing for all your link building needs (the most time consuming and boring thing that most of us avoid like the plague)…Building links is crucial to your sites success..Yes you will have to pay for the outsourcing, but I have secured a deal where your cost will be as low as $2.90 cents per hour. They are tested and they do a great job as part of my team. I do not and will not make a DIME for getting you access to this outsourcing. That is NOT the point.

The point is when you hit the $2k level, that is a BIG goal…Now the next goal is 10k a month, and that typically can not be done on your own, you need to re-invest to build your business to the next level. So the major focus of the Elite level is outsourcing. I have lots of plans for people at the elite level that I am still working on as well. One thought I am going to bring to the table is forming teams of 3 to work together on sites…maybe membership sites…maybe e commerce sites…I am not sure how yet that will work out, but I know it will be a ton of fun and will be profitable, and it is much easier to do all that needs to be done when you have 3  people working on a project together.

Back to the original question.. Cost Vs Investment in your business….Most offline business show little to no profit in the first 2 or 3 years. It is interesting to note my own business online also took me 2.5 years to start really showing a profit. Why is that?

I will tell you. I was hopping from opportunity to opportunity and not really spending the time consistantly doing those things that I could track and find out if they were working or not. I bought into all the hype of the Magic Pill…Over and Over again. It left a bad taste in my mouth and was very frustrating. My computer crashed at one point and I lost everything. I WANTED TO QUIT…Then I built it back up and lost it all again…by accident I dropped my back-up system which at the time had EVERYTHING on it…$15,000 of invested tools, books and learning materials…GONE… I quit for 4 months, regrouped and came back on fire…Determined to NOT let my failures to stop me..

Even today…Going into my 6th year online I find I can still be duped into trying to find the easy way out and avoid those things that I know will bring me success. It makes NO sense except for the fact that deep down inside me, part of me wants the easy way to success….Although Now I know, and I can combat that thought, by getting my thinking on straight and realizing that success does NOT come easy. It is work…It is Focus…It is tracking what works…It is doing the things that others won’t do consistently. It is taking time to plan my work. It is taking time to set goals. It is taking time to read and listen about people who are successful and copying to a degree what made them successful.

Do you have systems to check your thinking and strategy?

So One of my big goals is to catch people before they get sucked into the vicious cycle of buying this magic pill and that magic pill and tell them the truth. You must master the basics and you need a reason to do this. A Big Reason…And it needs to be on Paper.

Then You need to make $2000.00 a month…then you need to move it to 10k a month…then maybe 50k per month. There is NOTHING stopping you from achieving this except what is between your ears and your own belief and the right course of action.

Now, when I launch on Monday night the site will not be perfect. I do not have 5 million dollars at this time or the manpower available yet to make this everything I want it to be. It is a work in progress. The first 2 to 3 weeks there will only be a select number of people who will get access. Because you trusted me with your email, you will get first crack and it will be at a significant discount compared to what The price will be when I launch…

Also, You will be the first to be able to promote the internet business training program as an affiliate. And I will encourage you to tell everyone and anyone. Remember, there are 1.5 million searches a month looking to work from home. And that is JUST one phrase.

The economy is in the tank….

You can choose to look at it and grumble ( I have reason to grumble, I lost almost 1/2 my savings in the stock market), Or you can choose to see the HUGE opportunity in front of you. The fact is more and more people are looking to build a business online. You will hopefully see, that as we move forward, with your suggestions and help, that the Internet business Training Program will become a HUGE stepping stone for those who are willing to work hard and get the training and resources they need.

The interesting thing is, I am ok if everything is NOT exactly in place like I would like it to be when I launch on Monday..I may not even have the sales page done, But it doesn’t matter. You want to know why?

Nothing is ever perfect with business, I am not some super slick, hyped up, ego manic that has to have everything right..

I have found that with an internet business, I am never done…it can be a bit frustrating as the work seems to never end..but I now see that it is OK if it is not perfect, because I am taking action, setting deadlines and doing the best I can to make it happen by massive action.

You too will need to take massive action, And you will fall flat on your face sometimes. I know I have wasted 100’s if not 1000’s of hours on useless actions…That is part of learning this business.

That’s why I came out and said I am launching Monday no matter what…Most likely I will not get everything done by then…Its ok

It is my hope that I can help people NOT burn 100’s of hours trying to figure this thing out.

The key is taking action on what you learn, using the resources you do have…and serving and helping others get what they want.

By now, many of you have heard me talk about Zig Ziglar and his famous quote…”Help enough other people get what they want, and you will get what you want.” Those are powerful words and require a shift in thinking from yourself to putting yourself in someone elses shoes and looking for what they want.

Creating the internet business training program is about helping YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT. I cannot define that for you…You must put that on paper and post it around your house, put it in your wallet and be specific. It needs to be a burning desire…Know the end in mine from the get go…

One of the things I want to do is leave this Freezing Cold climate of Maine in the months of Jan, Feb, and March and temporarily live in a warmer climate for 3 months. I LOVE  Maine, but 18 below zero is just too cold for me to enjoy. Another goal I have is to travel to New Zealand for 6 weeks. I have put a date of Next March. 14 months away to do that. Now I can break that down and figure out how much I will need to take my wife and I to New Zealand

I have mentioned a bit  about what I want out of the Internet Business Training Program…In 2009 my goal is to help you achieve status as an Elite member who is earning 10,000 a month. All my efforts are going into that goal.

100 of you will be elite members and will earn 10K a month or more.

Now when you reach 10K by Dec 31st of this year…things will change alot for you. You will be relieved of some financial stress, while the companies are laying off left and right and our economy is in the tank running on empty, you will be growing and succeeding…and in a MUCH better position to help others around you.

Without Vision —People Will Perish

My goal with all of this is way beyond making money...

But having the money will allow you and I to do other things…

better things…

More meaningful things beyond our lives…

My goal is to become friends with each of you…to lift you up..help you achieve what you may think is impossible…To increase your belief in YOU…

When that happens, a new world will open up…When success is happening to you…when you see the results of your work and see that it is good…You will be able to move it to the next level.

What does the next level look like for Sam?

In the beginning of 2010, With you…Together, we  will open a non-profit organization together. We will take between 5 and 10% of our income and fund this non-profit. We will form a board of directors…And as a group and team, we will look for needs around us that need to be fulfilled. Financially speaking,  having 100 people at 10k a month, means inside our business collectively, we will be making 1 million dollars a month.

If we take 10% of that and put it into a non-profit that would give us $100,000 dollars a month.

What would you do if you had $100,000 a month that was only designed to help others in need?

You need to envision it in your mind and replay it over and over….by doing this you will train your thinking to think at this level.

The needs and suffering in this world are increasing daily. People are scared..We have an aging society that is going to need your help. It is obvious the government, republicans and democrats, have no idea how to balance their books, so we best not count on them for too much.

Once you define your WHY….Then the 10K a month becomes much more important and also becomes VERY doable…

But it is going to take work…Nothing is free in this world!

You, thou, as a business owner controls all 24 hours of your day. Make the best of it.

So here is the procedure and steps to take in your business.

• First, if you have not made a sale online..You need to make one…
• Then you need to figure out how you did it and document it…
• Then you need to repeat it…wash, rinse and repeat..

HERE  is my vision for this company…I will have 100 Elite members making 10K per month, but this is just the goal for 2009…

There is no limits on what can be done…The only limits are the ones you think inside your head. You control the limits…You can chose to place limits on yourself,  or you can choose to THINK BIG…

REALLY BIG 

First, we need to all work together, help each other, share what works and what doesn’t for the benefit of the whole, lift each other and define our goals and make them happen. WE are all at different stages with our businesss. Some will be ready for the elite program from the start, others will be ready for the premium level, others will be just starting out and need to learn the basics…

Look at where you are and decide what you do have and where you are at…

And set your feet firmly on the ground and let’s make 2009 the year we started asking the right questions and each day we understand what has to happen to reach our goals that each of us have defined.

I believe that by working hard together, as a group..ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE

Maybe my goal of 100 people making 10K is too small?

But it is a good starting point.

I ask of you if you decide to join, that you become a team player who looks for what can be done, not what isn’t happening. And be someone who is willing to share the good, as well as the bad…and each day you work on not only the physical aspects of your business…but more importantly, the mental part between your ears.
